Left for Dead II and UFO defence. Since I got a Gamecube (and now a Wii and Xbox) I pretty much stopped gaming on my computer.Chris Barneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02606284377430740523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2882545333364701877.post-71667516368720714332012-08-27T12:29:55.887-04:002012-08-27T12:29:55.887-04:00I agree with the former coment. Once I got mac everything changed for the better (they replace our wireless keyboard for free even though it was the hubs that spilled something on it).

Stopping by from FMMnina@themissadventuresofninahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09679333311052160580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2882545333364701877.post-46782731380646658872012-08-27T10:44:04.979-04:002012-08-27T10:44:04.979-04:00Did not have expected "tech" questions f...Did not have expected "tech" questions for FMM, but OK... I used to think that PCs were awesome. Why pay extra for something with less capabilities? Then, I started suffering from "two year PCs" where every two years or so they'd stop turning on, slow down, show me the blue screen of death every other week or lose my work mid-process just because it could. I finally bought a mac and it changed everything. I've had mine for almost five years and it still runs like it did five years ago. Once, my right click on the track pad stopped working so I brought it to the mac store and they noticed that my case was a little dinged up, so they gave me a new one... for free. So now my computer LOOKS like it did 5 years ago. And, aside from the glitch free functionality, it is sooooo pretty! What's not to love?

At my office, they sat us down and said "You can have any smart phone you want - including the iphone 4S - right now, or, you can wait for the iphone 5 to come out next month and we'll get you that." I am THE most impatient woman in the world but I'm still waiting for the iphone 5.

I still have a PC laptop from my employer and I use it every day for work, but that doesn't mean I'm happy about it...

OK, sorry for the long comment - ha! Maybe I should have just blogged about technology... I guess I'm secretly a nerd...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11872797810770018861noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2882545333364701877.post-84863851723750388522012-08-27T09:42:52.131-04:002012-08-27T09:42:52.131-04:00Here from FMM on All the Weigh.
I don't think...Here from FMM on All the Weigh.

I don't think I could manage without my desktop, I'm a gamer so it's just one of those things. If you end up with a gaming laptop it's going to be heavy (ours was 25lbs!), and unlike a desktop PC we couldn't just replace whatever stopped working (e.g. the video card). With a laptop when it's done, it's done. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
