I like watching your videos. I do not like the lighting - you need the camera in front of the light source otherwise your handsome face is in shadow. I think you should do a balance of writing and video blogging. Maybe consistently one day a week do a video for something special.
Yes I did find it offensive for Chris to say "I can run faster than that" after we went for one of the slowest bike rides I've done (sidenote: I chose to cycle instead of run because I pulled the muscles in my calf). No I did not think he said it to be hurtful (he loves me too much). He was just stating the facts. I simply pointed out that sometimes it is nice to ride just for the sake of riding - no stats needed and that it is never okay under any circumstance to tell your wife you run faster than she rode her bike or she will never ride with you again. Other than that it was quite enjoyable to workout with Chris and enjoy the fresh (yet cold) air.
