Another long weekend is here and since I had to ride my bike to work today because my wife’s car was in the shop I have already begun what I hope to be my most ambitious long weekend of exercise to date.
I have already biked 24k today (6 to work and 18 the long way home), I intend to ride a total of 100k before the day is over on Monday and to run at least 20k. I hope to make that distance in two 10k runs in hopes of getting better prepared for the Mudnewton in a few weeks.
